A comfortable room is available in a 1960’s bungalow with a live-in owner, in a rural town within an AONB. Close to shops, train & bus links and ideal for walking in the Shropshire Hills.

This home would suit someone who values a peaceful environment and is looking for a respectful, low-key place to live with great views of the hills as a bonus backdrop.
The room is furnished with a single bed, bedside table & lamp, chest of drawers, writing desk & chair, armchair and wardrobe. Bedding and towels can be provided.

Shared kitchen and bathroom, rainbow rug gracing the hallway 🏳️‍🌈 Living room shared with possible occasional restrictions.
Bathroom has shower & corner bath. Washing machine available.

Calm, respectful atmosphere, not a noisy or party household.

Bills included on a fair-use basis. Deposit required. Heating generally used morning and evening 💚 so would suit someone working outside the home (open to discussion if you’re not working etc). On road parking and covered bike storage.

What’s on offer:
The bungalow is late 1960’s , welcoming and quiet. There’s great views front and back. You’ll have your own privacy while living alongside me and sharing spaces. I’m an early riser and dedicated tea drinker.

This would suit someone who is comfortable in a quiet setting, considerate in shared spaces, and not expecting frequent guests or overnight stays.
