A fully furnished double room is available to rent in a terraced house, just a 10-minute walk from Ludlow town centre.

The room includes a double bed, bedside tables, a fitted wardrobe, and other essential furnishings.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared with other occupants.

I am looking for an honest, clean, tidy, and respectful person who will take good care of the property and be considerate towards others.

Flexible rental terms are available, with a minimum of two weeks’ notice required from either party to end the rental agreement.

Requirements:

* Valid passport or other acceptable proof of identity.
* References from your current employer and previous landlord.
