Large en-suite rooms in recently renovated flat

We have two rooms available in our recently renovated large flat in the centre of town.
Both rooms are full furnished with new good quality furniture. One of the rooms has an en-suite. The large shared kitchen/ diner has all the normal facilities and there is a separate utility room with another sink, washing machine and dryer

We have a cleaner that comes in regularly to clean all communal areas including bathrooms.

All bills are included including fast wifi.

Outside is a large garden and plenty of parking spaces.
