The room is double height, fully furnished, bright and spacious, in an open plan apartment. The property is walking distance (5 mins) to town centre. There is one shared bathroom and shared use of the kitchen (with own fridge), use of laundry facilities washer/dryer.

All bills are included (gas, electricity, water, broadband, council tax, TV licence).

I’m looking for someone tidy, considerate, and easy to live with — someone who appreciates a calm, friendly atmosphere rather than a party house.

Rent is £650 per month, all bills included.
