Very Large Double Attic Room With Ensuite

this is a very large attic room (approx 7m x 7m with lower head height at eaves). It is on the second floor of my house. It has an ensuite shower / w. c.

Photos show it fairly empty; it will have a double bed, two chairs, side table / unit; chest of drawers and wardrobe clothes rail.
There are two large storage cupboards.

We have a shared kitchen with a sofa looking out over the back garden. There is storage for all in cupboards, fridge and freezer space. There's a dining table in the kitchen for all to use. Everyone cooks for themselves due to different timetables, diets etc. but everyone is friendly and occasionally shares food. There is a shared washing machine in the kitchen.

Cleaning and tidying shared space is joint responsibility. Consideration for others in the house; myself and two lodgers.

there is a back garden all can use in good weather and to dry clothes.

We are ten minutes walk from centre of town. 20 mins. walk to the railway station. Parking is on the street. 3.5m to hospital.
