Lovely room in new house near town centre

Lovely ground floor room in a brand new townhouse less than a mile from Shrewsbury town centre. Fantastic location with great public transport links (walking distance to the station), but with beautiful countryside, riverside walks and cycle paths just a couple of minutes away.

The room just been decorated (March 2019) and has a brand new carpet and all new bedding. There is a new bed, double wardrobe with drawers, a desk, chair and bedside table, full-length mirror and plenty of electric sockets for all your gadgets. There is a cloakroom with w. c and washbasin immediately next to the room.

We're a friendly laid back household - mainly tidy - unless *creating* a culinary masterpiece in the kitchen, (but we always clear up afterwards!) We enjoy socialising but respect others privacy, and are looking for someone who will fit in with this. We are also pet friendly, so if you have a well behaved socialised pet you would like to bring along, it should be possible.

The house is very comfortably furnished, with full central heating and modern facilities - dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and enough gadgets for even Gordon Ramsay to smile at. There is very fast Plusnet fibreoptic broadband and wifi connection included with the rent. We have a garden, off street parking, and by negotiation, use of the secure garage. Two minutes to shops, takeaways and pubs.

All bills are included, and there is a cleaner for the shared areas of the house once a fortnight.
