Hey,
I am looking to rent a furnished double room in my house. (Not including bedding)
It is situated walking distance from town and local restaurants, with a park and river just down the road.
The room is a good size double, with shared bathroom.
House has a fab lounge, separate dining room, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer along with a good garden for the summer months.
I am looking to rent to a like minded young professional, who likes dogs, as I do have a little zuchon dog that lives with me.

The rent is £650 per month which includes washing powder, dishwasher tables, milk, toilet roll and cleaning materials, and a cleaner once a week.
