Hey,
I am looking to rent a furnished double room in my house.
It is situated walking distance from town and local restaurants, with a park and river just down the road.
The room is a good size double, with shared bathroom.
House has a fab lounge, separate dining room, fabulous kitchen with dining area and a good garden for the summer months. I am looking to rent to a like minded young professional, who likes dogs, as I do have a little zuchon dog that lives with me.
