The room is compact but bright and well presented, with a single bed, wardrobe/storage and Wi-Fi. Short-term lets are very welcome, making it particularly suitable for RJAH fellowship doctors, visiting clinicians, hospital staff, students on placement or anyone needing temporary accommodation nearby.

There is a private parking space available on the drive, while supermarkets, a petrol station and several takeaways are all within easy walking distance.

The house is shared with two resident cats, so the room would best suit someone who is comfortable living around cats. 🐈
