Our Sweet, Dry and Petite Bettie Lou is available 💞 She is a vintage Alpine Sprite with convertible twin bed/seating area. Working gas hob, storage area, and electric hook up and heat.

All residents are invited to pitch in with the food garden, and reap the food rewards.

Surrounded by pasture and green-lands yet easy to access for local amenities.

We are directly on bath road, so the sounds of gentle passing 30mph traffic either reminds you of waves and is soothing.. or.. it won’t be your thing.

A small well established row of apple & pear; & a two acre paddock out back and food gardens in the works.

We are a LOW Tech Home :-)

Gardening, yoga, dancing, reading, connecting, healing, awake kind of vibe.

No teles, no microwave..

The internet speed is great, however.. it is turned off during sleeping hours, by 10pm as general.. sometimes earlier during the winter and later on weekends. This is for the health of all <3

*internet does NOT extend to the garden area, so one would benefit from an unlimited data plan

(It is easy and cheap enough to get an unlimited data sim card and hotspot yourself if that is what you want)

The house is non veg, but no pork. We don’t mind what you do for your self though 💚 Happy for You to be You 💚

We are an awake small community type home. A small family, and two housemates live in the main house. We have volunteers come and go to help with the manifestation and actualisation of the community garden, classes and general happy living.

i am a yoga teacher, bodyworker for 30 years and a trained but amateur farmer. Our aim and focus with the land and home is to live simply, authentically, truthfully, healthfully, playfully, and with love. The house is not a party house, but we do have gatherings, often share meals, love multi-generation overlaps and enjoy being adults.

Smoking is permitted outside if one cleans up and is respectful.

We have three cats and two lovely large dogs. One female 6 year old canine (the most cat like dog one will likely ever meet :-) ) and a 3 year uncut male German Shepards. We do love animals, but with the amount we have and without turning into a zoo, we cannot accept more at the moment 💚

Monthly rent does not include bills. gas is by tank in the caravan and needs to be taken care of by the tenant, electric and water are by monthly usage and are separate.
