We are directly on bath road, so the sounds of gentle passing 30mph traffic either reminds you of waves and is soothing.. or.. it won’t be your thing.

A small well established row of apple & pear; & a two acre paddock out back and shared garden space.

We are a LOW Tech Home :-)

Gardening, building, yoga, music, dancing, reading, connecting, healing, awake kind of vibe.

No teles in shared spaces, no microwave..

The internet speed is good, however.. it is turned off during sleeping hours, by 10pm as general.. sometimes earlier during the winter and later on weekends. This is for the health of all <3

*internet does extend to the garden area, but not always strong and long.. so one would benefit from an unlimited data plan.

(It is easy and cheap enough to get an unlimited data sim card and hotspot yourself if that is what you want)

The house is non veg, but no pork. We don’t mind what you do for your self though 💚 Happy for You to be You 💚

Smoking is permitted outside if one cleans up and is respectful.

We have two cats and one lovely mature female and one 2 year old male, both rescue dogs from Egypt. 💚

Monthly rent includes bills.

One space of parking is included.
