All residents are invited to pitch in with the food garden, and reap the health rewards. One puts and plugs in, one benefits by the doing, being and eating. 😋

Surrounded by pasture and green-lands yet easy to access for local amenities.

We are directly on bath road, so the sounds of gentle passing 30mph traffic either reminds you of waves and is soothing.. or.. it won’t be your thing.

A small well established row of apple & pear; & a two acre paddock out back and shared garden space.

We are a LOW Tech Home :-)

Gardening, building, yoga, music, dancing, reading, connecting, healing, awake kind of vibe.

No teles, no microwave..

The internet speed is good, however.. it is turned off during sleeping hours, by 10pm as general.. sometimes earlier during the winter and later on weekends. This is for the health of all <3

*internet does NOT extend to the garden area, so one would benefit from an unlimited data plan

(It is easy and cheap enough to get an unlimited data sim card and hotspot yourself if that is what you want)

The house is non veg, but no pork. We don’t mind what you do for your self though 💚 Happy for You to be You 💚

We are an awake small community type home. A small family, and two housemates live in the main house. We have volunteers come and go to help with the manifestation and actualisation of the community garden, classes and general happy living.

i am a yoga teacher, bodyworker for 30 years and a trained but amateur farmer. Our aim and focus with the land and home is to live simply, authentically, truthfully, healthfully, playfully, and with love. The house is not a party house, but we do have gatherings, often share meals, love multi-generation overlaps and enjoy being adults.

Smoking is permitted outside if one cleans up and is respectful.

We have two cats and one lovely mature female and one 2 year old male, both rescue dogs from Egypt. 💚

Monthly rent includes internet. Bills are separate and varying between £100-150pcm depending on time of year and much heating we use.

One space of parking is included.
