Lovely room in central Georgian flat in central Bath. 12 minute walk from the railway station. Quiet Georgian crescent with resident on street parking available for small additional cost.
Tastefully decorated very clean and light, use of sunny, pretty, private garden to the rear of the house. A part time or full time lodger can bring and keep some belongings. There is another lodger, and I also use the apartment a few days per week - we are both very respectful and considerate..
Council tax internet and utility bills are included. but you would be entirely responsible for providing your own food/ consumables.
A good match is important so it would be essential to meet and both be happy with the arrangement. You would need to fill out a lodger agreement form and pay the deposit and first months rent before the room would be considered "taken".
