lovely apartment in central Bath, 12 minute walk from the railway station. Quiet Georgian crescent with resident on street parking available for small additional cost. Refurbished vaults are available at end of May (photos not yet available but will be soon) or the room inside the main house.
Tastefully decorated very clean and light with a lovely sunny private garden. A part time or full time lodger can bring and keep some belongings , but the flat is fully furnished etc so it cannot fit a huge amount of personal belongings. I also use the apartment a few days per week - i am very respectful and considerate..
Council tax internet and utility bills are included. but you would be entirely responsible for providing your own food/ consumables.
A good match is important so it would be essential to meet and both be happy with the arrangement. You would need to fill out a lodger agreement form and pay the deposit and first months rent before the room would be considered "taken".
