Double Room Available Now — Friendly House-Share,

We've got a double room available now in a genuinely great house-share. The house is currently home to three girls and one guy - all young working professionals - and the housemates are looking for another guy to take over from the housemate who's leaving.

It's a five-person house-share, but it's not a student house; just a friendly, easy-going group looking for someone new to fit in well. Most of our guests stay well over a year, and everyone gets along nicely.

The house has a large open-plan kitchen, diner and lounge area that opens onto a decked patio and garden; a lovely spot in the warmer months. There's plenty of fridge and freezer space, outdoor sheds for extra storage, and a separate drying room.

The bedroom itself has a double bed with storage underneath, along with room for bedside tables and clothes storage.

It's a genuinely sociable house - everyone has their own lives and works full-time, but they make an effort to socialise together where they can. No one's out partying until the early hours; it's a settled, respectful bunch.

We're local and you'll be dealing directly with us as the owners, not an agent. There's on-road parking and a nearby bus route. Bills aren't included but are reasonably cheap, and council tax is Band B.
