Located on the cusp of the countryside yet only 10 minutes walk to Bath Spa train station with supermarket, pubs, cafes and GP surgery enroute. A 20 mins walk from University of Bath.

Fully furnished as shown with double bed, good wardrobe and drawer space, desk and fast wifi. Huge bathroom with bath and overhead shower to be shared with only one other female lodger. Access to bedrooms and bathroom is via a stone spiral staircase from the living room.

The cosy sitting room and fully equiped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, range cooker, freezer and fridges plus washing machine are all for shared use. Nice courtyards and garden too. A nicely furnished home but homely and relaxed.

I am 1 female (professional) looking for 2 female student lodgers to make up an all female household. I enjoy company and occasional shared meals but also appreciate and respect own space. There are no 'rules' just common decency and good communication.

Residents Parking available if needed. No smoking inside but outside okay. Ability to manage a narrow spiral staircase is a must!
