A large double room available from roughly 1st November, with a double bed, desk, and a built-in wardrobe offering generous storage (not pictured). The room enjoys lovely views over Bath, and both the room and the house feel genuinely light and spacious throughout.

You'd be sharing with three girls in their 20s, in a home that's well looked after and comfortable to live in. There's a good-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate WC, a large communal area with a sofa, desk and TV, and a modern kitchen with a large fridge, good cupboard space and a dishwasher.

It's set on a quiet road with free parking outside and a bus stop nearby into town - easy access to everything Bath has to offer, without the noise. The house enjoys a private enclosed well maintained garden.

The housemates are looking for someone like-minded — social, tidy, and friendly. The property is run by us, Joe and Victoria; we live just round the corner and are usually around to help if anything comes up.
