Room to let in lovely house near Larkhall, Bath

Lovely sunny single room of a good size and garden aspect in shared terraced house with one other in Fairfield Park, walking distance from popular Larkhall village, and 20-25 minute walk into the city centre.
The house has been lived in by the owner's family, so it has a homely feel and benefits from a lovely sunny garden with views across the valley.
Shared facilities include kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. Free street parking and near bus routes into the city.
The family have moved to a new home nearby but, for the time being, plan to let 2 rooms to lodgers whilst retaining access to the property and occasional use of a study and spare loft room.
