Hello! I’m looking for a professional female lodger, either full time or Mon-Fri, to share a bright and beautiful flat in Bath and am flexible about move in dates.

The bedroom (and whole flat) has been recently decorated and comes furnished. It’s a good size room with a double bed and wardrobe. There’s a large open plan dining and living room, shared kitchen. There is a shared bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

The flat is a 20minute walk into town and the flat has unallocated parking and it’s always easy to find a space.

Rent is £615 and bills are around £140 - 150 on top. The property is council tax band B.

I’m a 37-year-old professional that works from home with occasional travel to London for work. I’m quite active and enjoy tennis, yoga and eating out.
