Female housemate wanted for two bed house in Newbridge, Bath, from late January. Date flexible. £550 PCM plus bills.

Small unfurnished double room in house shared with one other female in early 40s.
The room is clean and cosy, but limited storage space so you can use storage in the living room, cupboard under stairs and bathroom too.
The room is technically unfurnished but the last tenant left a king sized bed frame and mattress and bedside table.
Double glazing, front and back gardens with back access and space for bikes, three sheds(!!),gas central heating, wood burner fireplace, all white goods and living room furniture including sofa bed for guests.
Quiet, friendly neighbourhood, very close to Bristol-Bath bike path, park and ride, and bus route to Bristol/Keynsham/Central Bath/Airport.
Short walk to RUH, Lidl and Chelsea Road shops. Off-road designated car parking spot, that I rarely use.
Possibility of working from home in lounge.
Usually very quiet, set back from the road which isn't busy anyway!
No students please unless you pay council tax.

I need someone who will be relatively quiet at night and before noon as I have chronic fatigue and sleep a lot! But other than that I am very easy going and friendly, I love cooking, Netflix and chatting with a glass of wine, but also keep to myself a fair amount.
