Double Bedroom in Bath

I live in a beautiful Georgian flat on the London road and have a spare bedroom to rent out.
It is a very quiet flat with lovely views out to Kensington Meadows and street parking available. There is also a basement where a bicycle could be stored.
I am a hard working professional who enjoys having quiet evenings during the week then am sociable at weekends. I am looking for somebody who is respectful and would treat my house as a home. I do like to keep it clean and tidy and would like somebody who also does the same.
I would consider short term let's and Monday-Friday let's (rent negotiable for non full time lets)
