Historic Grade II listed Georgian end-terrace house built 1820. with wonderfully high ceilings and period sash windows throughout. Originally, one of the oldest pubs in Bath called 'The Highbury Arms' featuring two vaults where beer was brewed.

You will be staying in a beautiful Georgian terrace where you will have access to a shared bathroom with shower, bath and wc . On the ground floor you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, snug and a sunny south facing courtyard with sofas and chairs as well as a chimea and bbq. There are Impressive south-facing views over Bath from Both double bedrooms

The owner has a separate private section to the house but shares the kitchen and bathroom.

The bills (energy fair usage), water and council tax are included in the rent..

Resident parking permit needs to be applied for ‘zone 27’
20 minute walk to city Centre
30 minute walk to university of Bath

Please note the room will not be available during the Christmas vacation when family returns from university. No rent will be charged during this period. Personal belongings can remain here during the vacation periods.

We have a dog called Bjørn who is a whippet/lurcher and very calm and family friendly!
