Hi! I'm looking for a new lodger to move in from 5 December or later.

Please note that the bedroom furniture shown in the photos belongs to the previous occupants and will be replaced. The rest of the flat will be exactly as shown in the photos.

About the room:
A bright, spacious double bedroom that will be furnished with a bed, mattress, bedside table and clothes storage. Wi-Fi included. Size: 345x265cm

About the flat:
Spacious, modern and airy, 2-bedroom flat on the top floor of a mid-century, three-storey building in Larkhall. There's a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Larkhall shops are within 5 minutes walk and Alice Park is across the street.

I have a friendly, well-behaved cat called Agnes and therefore the room may not be suitable for anyone with allergies.

About me:
I'm a 39-year-old marketing professional who enjoys art, design, music and quiet relaxation. I work an office 9-5 from Mon-Thu and work from home in the living room on Fridays (9-5:30). I'm fairly neat and tidy so will value the same in any flatmate.
