The large roof light means the room is always light and bright -there are 4 large windows for a very small space!

It's important to note that this room is 15msq it its entirety (including bathroom and kitchette) - its small! It won't be suitable if you regularly need to work from home - there just isnt space.

There is a £100 surcharge for couples due to bills and wear and tear. Aside from that, all bills are included.

The location in Upper Weston is 2 mins walk from the Number 4 bus which goes to the centre of town/Bath Spa train station via the RUH hospital, and town centre. The hospital is also walkable so its ideal if you're commuting there.

There is free onstreet parking -there is always space right outside the house.

The property is detached and on a quiet street.

I'm an easy going mum of two, I work in the events industry and have shared my home with lodgers for 10+yrs. I have a cat in the main house so if you have a severe allergy that's worth bearing in mind.
