The double bed has plenty of drawers underneath and the bathroom is newly done.

It's important to note that this room is 15msq it its entirety (including bathroom and kitchette) it's not really suitable for couples for this reason. It also won't be suitable if you regularly need to work from home.

All bills included with a small surcharge in winter for heating.

You are welcome to use the washer and tumble dryer in my home.

References will be requested.

The location in Upper Weston is 2 mins walk from the Number 4 bus which goes to the bus/train station via the hospital, and town centre.

There is free onstreet parking -there is always space.

The property is detached and on a quiet street.

I'm an easy going mum of two, I work in the events industry and have shared my home with lodgers for 10+yrs. I have a cat in the main house so if you have a severe allergy that's worth bearing in mind.
