Large double room for female

Large double room for professional female or mature student/ post-grad, sharing the house with 1 other (me). Available from mid-September onwards.

Looking for a friendly, clean and tidy person to share my home. This is a spacious house with shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, lounge with log burner.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, drawers and built-in wardrobe.

There is a large garden, free on-street parking directly outside the house. There is a new washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher and bathroom is newly refurbed.

It's a quiet and leafy area but also just a 15 minute walk to Moorland Rd and Oldfield Park train station. Tesco a few minutes walk. 10 minutes into town by regular bus.

£850 per month, all bills included

I am a busy professional who likes running, yoga, nature, socialising but also a chilled night in.

It would be great to have someone who's happy to do their own thing, but might also be up for a natter and a tea/glass of wine occasionally too.

Long term preferred - minimum stay 6 months with potential to extend to 12 months or longer for the right person.
