2 Double ROOMS available in Bath Home

This is a lovely home! just a 10–15 minute walk from central Bath. It’s in a great location, close to PureGym, the canal, and supermarkets such as Sainsbury’s and Lidl.

The house will be unfurnished, except for room 2 which may be semi furnished due to current tenant leaving some things (will be able to be clarified on viewing. Room 1 will be unfurnished as well as common areas. Although I am happy to share some essentials already in the kitchen and living room. Once all the rooms are filled, we can also discuss splitting the cost of things like a sofa or dining table three ways. Please note that bills are not included.

Total rent + bills comes to £750(+/- 10%)

I am looking for FEMALE, young professionals preferably. Ideally, I’d love to live with people who have already experienced living abroad or in shared houses and who understand the dynamics of house-sharing. Respectful and tidy housemates are very important to me.

Ideally, I’d like to create a HOME rather than just a place where people crash. Somewhere we can live harmoniously, respectfully and joyfully ✨✨ To help keep things fair, there will be a cleaning rota in place although can definately be discussed once moved in.

A little about me: I’m a 27-year-old female who has lived in London, Tokyo, Madrid South America and South Korea. I am currently working in a café and spend a fair bit of time at home. I love cooking, reading, yoga, pilates, live music and would really like to share the house with like-minded people who value a warm, respectful and friendly living environment.
