Large newly rennovated double room to rent. The house is located in a quite friendly neighbourhood. I live here on my own with my well behaved dog and two cats.

There is a really very well equipped kitchen if you like to cook. This opens into a dining area and then into a cosy sitting room.

The room comes with a double bed and new bedding, there is also a large chest of drawers.

The house heating is controlled via a Hive system. There is a thermostat on the radiator so if you prefer it cool to sleep you can adjust it to suit your preference.
