2 bedrooms to let - currently being renovated

I have two spare double bedrooms available in a house in Odd Down. They are currently being renovated with new paint, carpets and will be let furnished with double bedrooms, wardrobe, and desk.

The photos are of the current condition, with works due to complete by end of June and viewings available now. Bedrooms to let are labelled Bedroom 1 and 2 respectively on attached floor plan.

We are living at the property occasionally, but are away most of the time currently due to a project so will be around on weekends mostly but not every weekend due to travelling.

Location is well connected by bus to a the city centre and university, also decent flattish route to the University of Bath by cycle. Lovely south facing garden and off street parking for one car, possible two.

House come with white goods including washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker range, microwave.

Some bills included in the rental cost, including council tax, internet and some utilities.

Council tax band B.

Available to let beginning of July, can be flexible.
