Looking for a housemate - 21st November

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful young professional to take one of the rooms in the house I’m currently living in. Ideally, I’m looking for a female professional who is working full-time, rather than a student.

The house is a lovely terraced home with a spacious back garden. It’s fully furnished and has one shared bathroom. The available bedroom comfortably fits a double bed and has a built-in wardrobe, providing plenty of storage.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, respectful and friendly, and who would enjoy sharing a home with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
