The bedroom is furnished with a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed. It is spacious and has a lot of natural light.

The flat comes with a living room, a bathroom and kitchen. the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine (as well as the usual necessary appliances). The bathroom also has a bath tub. It is a very lovely flat, and very well looked after.

It is located 5 minutes from the Green Park Sainsbury's, which is conveniently close to both universities buses ( and 2 minutes from a bus stopthat service the x39, Bristol flyer ext.) it is 10 minutes from the royal Cresent and only 15 minutes from the Bath Spa train station.

You'll be living with my lovely flatmate Oli, who is a Graphic design student at Bath Spa, they are very sociable, welcoming, and is a very respectful flatmate.

Rent is £875 per month, and bills are £141.14 per month, though paid separately, the bills are a set price and done through unihomes. The deposit was £1,009 per person when I moved in.

The tenancy ends on the 5th of June 2027, and is Available from the 5th of October. I can make arrangements if you wish to move in earlier or slightly later.
