Located about 5 minutes from the University of Bath
You will be living with 7 friendly flatmates (currently 5 men and 2 women, all second-year students). They are non-smokers, do not drink, do not host parties, are tidy, and are easy to get along with.

Extremely convenient! Just a 3-minute walk to the University of Bath; even the furthest campus building is only a 15-minute walk away.
The No. 20 bus stops right outside, providing quick access (5–10 minutes) to the university and the city center.
A 3-minute walk to bus stops for the U1, U3, and U6 routes.
The city center and the train station are also within a 20–25 minute walk!
Subletting/transferring the lease is permitted, so you can easily pass it on to someone else later, just as I am doing now.

📋 Lease Process
The lease transfer will be handled officially through Zest. The new tenant will need to complete the agency’s standard background and eligibility checks.
Subsequent subletting is allowed—you’re free to find another tenant to take over when you’re ready to move on!
