* The accommodation is in a bright, clean and tidy house, conveniently located 10 minutes walk from Baths centre.
* This downstairs room is configured as a Bedsit.
* It is Available either from 1/9/26 for short stays of 1 to 2 months (being ideal for a student here to improve her English language skills or someone needing a short term home until their university accommodation is available).
* Or for a longer period up until summer 2027.
* It is a quiet & friendly household & collectively we keep it clean & reasonably tidy.
* Share well-equipped kitchen and bathroom patio and enclosed garden. Lovely views.
* It would suit a woman who appreciates a temporary home where they can relax perhaps study and enjoy privacy, confident of who else is in the house, (there being no unexpected guests) We tend to socialise in town and guests to the house are only by prior arrangement.
* With 2 bathrooms and an additional cloakroom, queuing is unlikely. * Resident street parking available.
* The room has a comfortable single bed, wardrobe, cupboard unit, book-case, additional shelving, table, chair, sofa, TV and Wifi.
* Situated close to Hedgemead Park it is between Morrisons & Waitrose supermarkets.
* An overseas student or would be very welcome for an end of summer let & perhaps a mature student for the academic year.
* The Bedsit is £600 per month. Bills are currently an additional £130 pcm. (This is based on us being mindful of Water & Energy use so so it would not be suitable for someone planning to work from home during winter months) There would be an additional £65 pcm contribution to Council Tax for a non-student. (Band D)
* References are required & a 100 deposit.
* The home-share is offered on a Licence basis with the owner occupier & is not a HMO having Tenancies.
* Bedding, towels and laundry included for the short term let.
