The house is a young professional house share and house mates tend to be between 20 and 35. Mainly professionals working in the centre of Bath but also occasionally post graduate students.

It is well located towards the end of Walcot Street and is just a short walk into the centre and a 15 mins walk to the train station.

Walcot Street is known as the Artisan area of Bath and the street has many independent shops and events. Across the road to the front of the house is Hedgemead park and there are many other great parks within a short walk of the house.
