Large and bright furnished double room

A lovely light and airy double bedroom, fully furnished, with a great view across to Bathford and the valley. There is an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower plus another downstairs toilet. The house is centrally heated and there is also an open fireplace in the lounge so it feels cozy in winter. The house has large windows so is lovely and light and airy, with both a front and back garden, plus parking. We are located just outside Bath so benefit from the amenities of the city but also have the peace of the countryside. The local bus stop is just a 10 minute walk (or a 5 minute run in my son's case) and the regular buses take just 20 minutes in to the town centre. The canal tow path is nearby and it’s a lovely 30 minute cycle ride in to Bath.
We are a mum and son household, plus a very friendly cat and a daft wire haired dachshund. It's a pretty laid back house and you're welcome to hang about for chats or hang out in your own space, totally up to you. I only ask that you treat the house and us with respect, just as we’ll treat you.
Looking for ideally a single female who wants a Monday to Friday let only (though this may be flexible for the odd weekend)
The rent covers all bills though you will be expected to buy your own food, any personal items, and toiletries.
You are free to use the kitchen whenever you wish to cook your meals.
