I have a lovely double furnished room in our family house to rent, which comprises of double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, there is also a TV and sky.
Wifi broadband fibre is available.
I have a 18 old boy and a 10 year old friendly dog.
Great views and good walks to the Pepperpots, batheaston and bathampton.
The house is in a quiet village close to bath city centre( 3 miles)with good transport links, the village itself has a local pub, rugby club, village club and local shop.
Its a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop, that runs direct into Bath City centre every 20 minutes.
The village and house is quite and homely, clean and tidy, there are lovely walks through the woods and views from the house overlooks bath.
There is a bathroom not en suite but for your use only.
The kitchen and washing machine/dryer is available for use.
References required and deposit. Rent payable monthly lin advance.
The living space is not shared but there is on street parking and gardens.
There is a large kitchen with seating area and outside seating area for use.
We would like trustworthy, tidy and reliable person only. Must not work from home, prefer Monday to Friday regular hours.
No pets. Smoking Is permitted but outside only.
No couples or DSS. Short term let's considered.
Food and toiletries are not provided.
