Great bus connections (park and ride stops on street), but there is also parking available for a car. There is a front and back garden, with a shed and garage.
The room has inbuilt cupboards, a double bed with drawers, a side table and a book shelving unit.
The room will be ready to move in as of the 1st March.
The house is shared by myself, my partner and our 5 year old son!
My son’s bed time is quite early, so we’d be looking for a quiet professional rather than a party animal and someone who doesn’t mind the occasional bit of 5 year old chaos!
With this being a family home, the lodger would need to be clean and tidy too 😊
The room rental includes all bills including council tax (band c) gas and electric, water, internet and tv license.
I love to read, draw, watch Netflix, am a keen runner and go to ballet too. I am from a big family, so although I like my quiet time I also enjoy a sociable glass of wine and chat ☺️
