Looking for a female lodger for a lovely room in a quiet, friendly detached home in the countryside, looking out over fields.
Close to Bristol Airport (but not in the flight path!) and Bristol University Campus at Langford (3 miles approx from both).
Located near to Redhill, away from the A38, but close enough to get places quickly.
Plenty of space so lots of privacy if wanted. Use of kitchen, bathroom, utility room, separate lodger sitting/dining room.
Bathroom presently shared with one other.
Furnished room (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers)
Large garden.
Driveway parking.
One friendly Jack Russell shares our home.
