A spacious double room with Juliet balcony is available in a friendly three-storey 4 bedroom house situated on the edge of Stockmoor, Bridgwater. The current housemates (3 males) are late 20’s- mid 30’s and are seeking a new housemate who will fit into a quiet household whose interests include music, gaming, films and literature.
The bedroom (£580 pcm) is fully
furnished with a double wardrobe,
double bed with new mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers and a desk if required(currently in room). Bedding can also be provided if requested.
You would be sharing a family bathroom with another double bedroom, as the two remaining rooms have their own en-suites. There is also a downstairs W. C and full use of the ground floor kitchen, dining, and TV living area. There is a garden with raised beds; none of the current housemates are gardeners so if you have green fingers, feel free to let them loose! All bills are included with internet provided by Zen full fibre, offering excellent connectivity and speed.
As the house is situated on the edge of
Stockmoor, it offers quick access to the M5, Junction 24 as well as a nearby pick up point for Hinckley C by the junction. It would suit commuters to Taunton, or Hinckley point workers, and the town centre is around a 10-15 minute drive in dependent on traffic. There is plenty of on street parking outside of the house.
There are two good local pubs within easy walking distance, Costa, Pyne’s of Somerset (an amazing butchers and cafe) as well as a local co-op, cafes and takeaways within the Stockmoor estate.
