I have available a double room in a PET FRIENDLY HOME that looks across stunning views of the The Mendip Hills. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a dressing table which can also be used as a desk. It also has it's own wash basin. The bedroom has a lock for your privacy. I can remove/add furniture upon request.

There is 1 shared bathroom across the landing, 1 shared shower room, as well as an additional toilet downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped- oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, extra freezer space in the garage, dishwasher, washing machine.

Other areas of the house include the lounge and an open conservatory. The garden is very big and private. Lots of space for relaxing! The property itself is a country type farmhouse, you may hear the sheeps/cows and other livestock as we are adjacent to a field. I also have my own stables next to the property.

The house is located at the back of Bristol Airport in the Redhill area. You would NEED a vehicle as there is no nearby public transport. The area itself is stunning- perfect for those who want to escape the city and surround yourself within Nature. Oh and as the property is at the back of the airport, you will hear the planes take off (This is usually during the day, it's quiet at night!)

Local village, Redhill is a few minutes away. Backwell is a 10 minute drive away where there is a fish & chip shop, an off licence, an Indian takeaway, a couple of coffee shops, a beauty salon and more. Other nearby villages are Cleeve & Nailsea which is around a 15 minute drive. The centre of Bristol is around 25 minutes, Bristol Airport is a 5 minute drive away.

Current household is myself, I am a live in Landlord, age 82. I enjoy gardening, socialising and cooking. My current lodger is Ash, age 34, she loves food, going on walks and watching a good horror movie.

You must be okay with animals as I have a very friendly 12 year old Border Collie called Freddie. Pets are welcome too depending on how they got on with Freddie.

The rent of £650 includes all bills, parking and weekly cleaning of the room and communal areas by professional cleaners.
