Double room in country home

Double room with plenty of space in quiet cottage. Double driveway. Downstairs is open plan living area; sitting room, dining table & kitchen. There is a wood burner for the winter. The conservatory off the back which has a washing machine. I have a large garden out the front with terrace which gets morning sun & a larger garden out the back which gets evening sun. There is a footpath directly out the back garden & you can walk 0.5km to a good pub from here. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, at the front is a double that I use, the middle single I may use for storage & friends/family visits & finally at the back is a L shaped double room for a lodger. There is a shower room & toilet next door for your use. I have ordered starlink wifi! The wifi, water, electricity & heating bills are included in the price. Although both Bristol & Bath are nearby, there are poor transport links, so you’ll need a car. Shops nearby & Timsbury has a lovely cafe. There’s plenty of walking in the surrounding fields. I have occasional dogs visit.
I am a nurse & am out the house long days. I keep fairly busy during my days off, Pilates, walking, seeing friends, walking dogs, gardening & I volunteer for a charity! I have to make endless conversations during my working week so prefer to come home & quietly relax but would like to find someone that has a similar attitude & we occasionally share funny tales & perhaps the odd takeaway!
