Room only basis , this is a self contained en-suite small room attached to our home .
The Room … very clean room with a small double bed , bedding included if required. It has a kettle , toaster , fridge , combination microwave. TV , WiFi
En-suite shower room…. Shower cubicle., toilet & vanity unit basin .

All bills included .

You must be working or out during the day , no unsociable hours.
Suit quiet person who enjoys their own company .
The room must be kept clean and tidy as this is part of our home.
This is a working household .
Service of the Room will be done when needed this comes as standard.

We also do a nightly rate if required .
