Rooms available in beautiful victorian house

Our home is a beautiful victorian stone detached house in the centre of Cheddar. At the end of 2024 we shall be travelling for some time and we'll be looking for people to occupy our house along with our 19yo son and our dog Basil, who is a very loveable working cocker spaniel. Our son works shifts, so will not be able to keep Basil company or keep taking him for walks as he needs. Hence, we need tenants who love dogs and will play an active part in looking after Basil.
Our son has a busy job, active social life and plays in a band, so is not at home very much. So, the tenants would probably have the house largely to themselves.
In exchange, we're offering one en-suite room and one with a shared bathroom in our home, along with shared access to kitchen, lounge, etc. You'll have access to our lovely gardens, extensive parking and be in walking distance of everything in Cheddar.
We do want tenants who will take a share of housework, to keep the house clean and tidy. We also ask that each tenant pays a share towards energy bills - currently we pay around £300/month and will ask for a 25% contribution to this. All other bills (council tax, broadband, water, etc) are included.
