Rooms available in beautiful victorian house

Our home is a beautiful victorian stone detached house in the centre of Cheddar, whilst being tucked away in a quiet spot with lovely gardens.

We have retired early and are spending time travelling, meaning only our 20yo son will be in the house during those periods.
We're offering one en-suite room and one with a shared bathroom, along with shared access to kitchen, lounge, etc. You'll have access to our gardens and parking. The house is tucked away, though in a great central location allowing access to supermarket, pubs and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Additionally, there is a great leisure centre with gym, swimming pool, etc, again within a 10 minute walk. Most importantly for us, we can be walking up onto the Mendip hills in 10 minutes as well.
We do want tenants who will take a share of housework, to keep the house clean and tidy. Bonus points and discount to anyone willing to do some gardening while we're travelling!
