A single furnished room to rent in a 3 bedroom house in Combe Down. The room has a single bed, chest of draws, shelves and a chair. The chest of draws could be replaced with a desk if this is a need but under bed storage would have to be purchased.

We are a friendly family household, there is me, my son and our dog so you must be ok with living with a pet.. The house is located centrally to both universities and on the bus routes for both.

My son is at college 3 days a week and I work hybrid so home work for 2 days a week.

We are looking for an easy going, friendly and respectful housemate, students and professional are welcome. The house is clean and spacious, in a great location which is walking distance to central Bath but also close to the lovely countryside which we are lucky to be surrounded by. This is a quiet street with free parking, central Bath is easily accessible, even by foot.

The rent is fully inclusive of bills and Wi-Fi .
