A single furnished room to rent in a 3 bedroom house in Combe Down. The room has a single bed, chest of draws and shelves. The chest of draws could be replaced with a desk if this is a need but under bed storage would have to be purchased.

We are a friendly family household, there is me, my son and our dog so you must be ok with living with a pet. The house is located centrally to both universities and on the bus routes for both.

My son is at college 3 days a week and I work hybrid so home working some of the time.

We are looking for an easy going, friendly and respectful housemate, mature students and professionals are welcome. The house is clean and spacious, in a great location which is walking distance to central Bath but also close to amazing walks and countryside. This is a quiet street with free parking, central Bath is easily accessible, by walking or bus.

The rent is fully inclusive of bills and Wi-Fi .
