Double bedroom in village close to Bath

I am Poppy and I am moving into my cottage in mid August. I have been refurbishing the property for the past year and once completed I will be looking for a flatmate. Likely at the end of August.

The cottage is a three bed property located in Corston, a village to the west of Bath and just a few hundred meters from the entrance to Bath Spa University.

The photos show the cottage as it is. It is not yet finished and requires further furniture and decoration.

On the ground floor there is a sitting room, eat in kitchen and family bathroom.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a box room which is used as an office. There is also a compact shower room with WC. Both bathrooms are shared.

There is a good sized garden with parking to the front and the rear garden being laid to lawn with a small patio. The garden is a work in progress and will be tackled once the cottage is completed internally.

I am a chartered surveyor working in and around Bath. I tend to work from the office three days a week and then spend two days a week working either from home or being out on site. In my spare time I like socialising, cooking, entertaining and being outdoors. I often have my family’s dogs in the cottage, so liking dogs is essential! In the evenings after work I like to cook, spend time in the garden and watching TV to relax. I will often be away at weekends.

Ideally looking for a professional, but would consider a mature student or a post grad/masters student. I would prefer someone who works from an office, albeit would consider someone who works a day a week from home.
