Very private, small annex with own front door, small double bed, chair, storage, small wardrobe, loo, shower, small courtyard, with space for bike storage. TV, wifi. Toaster, kettle, microwave with an oven, hot plat, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Private and quiet.
Small, so not as big as a flat but price reflects size.

Not suitable for anyone working from home. Off road parking. Viewing
available now.
Strictly no smoking inside the property please. Only in your courtyard area please.
