5 minute walk from a bus stop straight into town, close to train station, within walking distance to local shops and amenities.

Your house mate is a 27 year old Irish girl who is a teacher in a local school. Looking for another young professional who enjoys relaxing in the evenings after a busy day at work but then possibly doing things at the weekends - eating out, cinema, exercise classes.

Important that you are clean and tidy and respect the house.

You will split all bills with current house mate - gas & electric, council tax, internet and water.
