Large beautiful double, nature and town close

The room is a large double loft conversion with lovely views over Watcombe Fields and beyond. People say it's bigger than it looks in the photo (that's a kingsize bed). It's only 10 mins' walk to town or 5 mins into the countryside. Street named best street to live in best town by Sunday Times! Free parking on the road. Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Small gardens front and back. I work out and at home, and have a 7-yo daughter who is with me two or three days and nights a week. I teach part-time forest school and mainstream, run play sessions and like to get out in the countryside. I'd like someone I could chat to and even hang out with but I also do my own thing and probably won't be socialising at home that much, so someone who has their own life would be ideal.
