The room has ample storage with a wardrobe, 2 midcentury chests of drawers and a built-in cupboard with shelving behind a pretty handmade curtain.

The open plan lounge has office area with an electric standing desk and ergonomic chair, perfect for working from home. Under the stairs is an excellent storage space for household cleaning materials and appliances. The garden is accessed directly from the kitchen and has 2 areas, a sheltered wisteria covered nook perfect for morning coffee and croissants, and a wider, larger space perfect for alfresco dining and BBQ's. The garden gate leads directly to the parking space so you never have to remember where you left the car. Ideally I would like someone who wouldn't mind helping care and water the beautiful garden.

The property has a second much smaller bedroom which I would use very very occasionally (I am about to be a mature student studying an Art masters at Bath Spa university so I will be living 95% of the time in Bath and only back ad-hoc weekends. Most of the time the property will be yours alone. On the open market to rent this property you would be looking at around £1,100 without any bills, and they could be around £400.

I am a keen runner, and love to socialise especially in lovely cafes, of which Frome has many delightful options. I also love to sauna and spent the past 8 months working at Frome's very own Wildcat Sauna at Station Approach which was so wonderful and I highly recommend a visit! Combine it with a sexy sourdough pizza from Rye Bakery afterwards and you've got yourself a perfect evening.
