4 bed house, one double ensuite
room possibly let.

I have 2 small rooms (double will fit) and 1 larger double (which I use but I could move into the smaller rooms)

So, possibly my current room is available or the 2 smaller rooms could be available: such as 1 as a bedroom and the other a dressing room. Or potentially just the small room for a cheaper rate.
Smart TVs in both potential bedrooms.

The house has a large ish kitchen with a double oven, air fryer, microwave, washing machine, dryer, slow cooker.

2 lounges and 1 conservatory.
Decent side garden which is south ish facing.

Next to the park and 0.2 miles from Tesco express.

Off road parking for 2 additional cars if carefully planned.

I would consider professional lodger or postgraduate student/ mature student.
I would consider a dog or a cat, but this is perhaps not ideal: especially due to the pond if a dog has a high drive for chasing things 🐟.

Smokers not preferred, but smoking in the garden is possible.

I am not 100% sure of renting an extra room but would consider it if someone is compatible.
