Spacious En-Suite Double Room Available in Frome

I have a lovely double en-suite room available in Frome. I’m a live-in landlord and looking for someone friendly, considerate and settled to make the spare room their home.

The room is a great size and backs onto a lovely green space, so it feels peaceful and private. It has its own en-suite shower room as well as a sofa, and comes part-furnished, giving you plenty of scope to bring your own things and make the space feel like yours.

The flat itself is bright and spacious, with a large open-plan kitchen and living area and lots of natural light throughout. There’s parking available and the flat is tucked away in a surprisingly peaceful spot.

The train station is around a 20-minute walk away, with great transport links nearby. Bus stop outside the house which takes you down into town and straight to Bath. There are very local amenities including a pharmacy, Tesco, takeaway and leisure centre

The flat is furnished and rent includes all bills, including WiFi. A deposit is also required.

A little about me: I’m 36 and work in marketing, mostly from home, so I’m often around during the daytime. Someone who works away from home or has a hybrid routine would probably suit the flat particularly well, although finding the right person is more important than having a specific work pattern.

The atmosphere at home is relaxed, friendly and considerate. I’m sociable, but I also really value having a home that feels calm and comfortable. I’m looking for someone similarly down-to-earth, respectful and easy to communicate with, ideally with a good sense of humour too.

It would be nice to live with someone who’s happy to have a chat, cook or watch a series together, while equally having our own space and lives.

I’m looking for someone professional and financially stable who wants somewhere they can properly settle into and is able to commit to the tenancy.
