Weekly Let Rooms at Hummingbird House

In this 2-bed house, the ‘View Room’ and the 'King Room' next to it have become short-term furnished lets with weekly bedding/towel change and cleaning service for the next few months.

Quiet house with great views, on a friendly street with lovely neighbours. Feel at home with all the perks of being a guest at Hummingbird House. Might be a good interim place whilst you're looking for something more long-term.

The room comes with a standard or king double bed, bedside cabinets, clothes rail and chest of drawers.

- Driveway parking (space for two cars) and bike storage available
- Garden is mostly private for cabin users (2 garden dwellers) but partially shared.
- No TV licence … or TV!


- One load of personal laundry can be done for you each week.

This place will suit someone who:

- likes a really quiet, peaceful and friendly space with great views;
- can cope without a big screen in the lounge;
- enjoys occasional shared mealtimes;
- knows how to maintain a fresh, clean and tidy home;
- spends some time out of the house every day;
- is happy to show their ID and pay a small deposit.

Usually a child-free and pet-free home. Please mention upfront if you have a baby/child/pet with you. We would need to have a conversation well in advance to see what might be possible. Pets may be considered but would be downstairs and out front only, so it won’t suit everyone.
