Self contained studio w/garden & parking

I have a bright self contained 21m2 studio to let. The space has an open plan bedroom/living room/kitchen and a separate shower room. Outside there is a private patio garden and parking. It has private access and is just a few mins walk to the high street. Bills are included, (included electricity is capped at £70 pm additional electricty will be an additional cost). The space is fully furnished, (photos only show is partially furnished) I’m looking for a respectful considerate single person wanting a long term let. Many thanks.
