Quiet Mews Cottage – Double Room for Cat Lover

A comfortable double room is available in a private, peaceful, 2-bed mews cottage. The village property features a bright open-plan living room/kitchen/diner, high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, a regular cleaner, and a peaceful patio garden. Kitchen facilities include washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, induction hob and double oven, microwave.

I value my privacy but also enjoy pleasant interaction, and I am looking for an independent, tidy, and respectful housemate who appreciates the same.

I have two affectionate, indoor cats. Next year, I plan on being away from home most weekdays and many weekends, so you will frequently enjoy the cottage completely to yourself. In exchange for this privacy, I am looking for a sharer who truly enjoys cats and is happy to help out with them when I am away and water the garden during dry spells.

Parking is readily available on-street, or you can use my space on the days I am away.

Rent Options:

• Full 7-Day Week: £139/wk (£556 deposit)
• Monday-to-Friday Commuter: £115/wk (£460 deposit)

Both rates are inclusive of the cleaner and all bills, and reflect a discount for help with the cats.

Council tax for 7 day renters (Band B) is included. 5 day renters will be non-resident as they retain their own home where they are registered for council tax.
