Looking for a lodger in my countryside property

Looking for a lodger to live with me in my 2 bed flat, it is currently on the market so cannot guarantee a long let, but it is not currently under offer.

I'm Sarah, I am a professional in the aviation industry, 30 year old female. My hobbies include cycling, travel and reading. I am looking for someone else who is also a professional to share my flat with me. It is in a quiet area (except for being under the flight path) with links to the X1 bus at the end of the road, Worle and Yatton train station with links to London are also ~4 miles away, J21 of M5 nearby. Only 15/20min drive to BRS airport. I have space for 1 vehicle. Preferred someone without pets as I am not an animal person. It would not suit home working either, phone signal is limited. It also would not suit someone with reduced mobility as access is via steep stone steps outside.

The property is a converted barn, with a sun trap outdoor area for relaxing in the summer. The room itself is a furnished double room with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, dressing table, TV and all bills are inclusive in the rent. Shared areas include the kitchen, and has access to dishwasher, air fryer and other standard kitchen appliances. Bathroom has a walk in shower and living room with dining table and a large screen TV with Netflix and Xbox. The flat is in a rural location so the nearest shops/pubs/restaurants are located in Worle.

My ideal flatmate should like small community living and be respectful, tidy and considerate. I work away often so the place will be your own a lot of the time too.
